The agenda consists of round table discussions and safety presentations.

- Transitioning from Military to Civilian Flight
- Risk Assessment and Management
- Inadvertent IMC Procedures & Night Operations
- Controlled Flight into Terrain
- New Technologies (TCAS, TAWS, NVG etc.)
Representatives from AAMS, ALEA, AMSAC, CAMTS, FAA, HAI, HSAC, NBAA, NEMSPA, TOPS and insurance companies will be available to provide guidance and answer questions in regard to their respective recommendations.
More than 300 guests are expected to participate in the forum including management, pilots, dispatchers, medical crew and maintenance from helicopter operations throughout North America. Vertical Magazine, Rotor & Wing , Aviation International News, Business & Commercial Aviation, Professional Pilot and The Fire Journal will provide media coverage of this event.
The agenda will be posted shortly. Key industry speakers will present material on Thursday, April 12 from 8:00 - 5:00. Round Table discussions will be held on Friday April 13 from 08:00 - 3:00. Various industry manufacturers will be cosponsoring these events.
The 2006 conference demonstrated a proactive approach to helicopter safety as new and innovative safety and training initiatives were discussed. The 2007 forum will expand these discussions and focus on Safety Management and Training.
